🐋🌌 Wow in the Sky Markers & Liners on Paper | Ages 9–14 Duration: 3 hours 📍 Picasso campus - 451 South Road Bentleigh All materials and art smocks are provided. 🎨 FOR KIDS Imagine standing on a mountain trail at dusk with your friends, the air cold and still, when suddenly something enormous moves across the sky. Not a plane. Not a cloud. But a whale? Floating silently above the mountains as if the sky itself has become an ocean. In this imaginative illustration and design workshop, you will create cinematic scenes inspired by impossible moments and dreamlike landscapes using markers and liners while learning how you construct visual worlds from simple shapes, perspective and layered details. You may create a quiet, mysterious scenes bathed in blue light or might turn the moment into a dramatic fantasy adventure. 🎨 FOR PARENTS Wow in the Sky is designed for 9 - 14 years old who wants to strengthen their construction thinking through illustration, spatial planning and visual storytelling. This kind of workshop is particularly valuable because it encourages independent thinking alongside technical development. Rather than relying on step-by-step copying alone, students are guided to interpret ideas, make visual decisions and develop confidence in their own creative direction. The workshop environment is calm, focused and thoughtfully structured while still allowing space for experimentation and individuality while being guided by our professional artist-teachers in a calm environment. All materials are provided, including professional markers, liners and art smocks, allowing students to fully immerse themselves in the creative process. As part of our InDesign Series, this workshop offers an exciting introduction to industrial design thinking and concept illustration. Sometimes the most memorable creative ideas begin with a simple question: “What if that impossible thing was real?”
