The Grand Studio Celebration From $55 per participant. Up to 13 participants on the workshop. A bright and bustling art party where creativity takes centre stage! This package is perfect for bigger groups of young artists who love to paint, laugh, and celebrate together. Our professional art teacher leads the group step by step, helping each child create a beautiful artwork to treasure — while you simply relax and enjoy the magic unfold. Includes: • 2.5-hour guided art workshop (2-hours art workshop and 30 minutes for cake and celebration) • All high-quality materials and aprons provided • Each child takes home their finished artwork • Elegant party setup in our shared studio space • Friendly and professional guidance from an Art Academica teacher • Private studio setting with full setup & cleanup • Art Academica printable invitations • Art Academica Certificates of participation. By purchasing this package, you can invite up to 13 friends.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change — life with kids can be full of surprises! To make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone, please read our simple cancellation and rescheduling terms below. 1. Booking Confirmation Your party booking is confirmed once payment is received in full. You will receive it on the email write away. 2. Cancellations More than 14 days before the party date: Full refund or free reschedule to another available date. 7–14 days before the party date: 50% refund or one free reschedule (subject to studio availability). Less than 7 days before the party date: Bookings are non-refundable, as teachers and materials have already been prepared. However, we’ll happily transfer your payment toward a future workshop or holiday class credit if notified before the party day. 3. Guest Changes By buying the package, you are confirming the number of guests. If fewer guests attend on the day, refunds for absent children cannot be issued (materials and staffing are pre-arranged). Extra guests (beyond your package size) can be added on the day. Paid by card at campus. 59$ per additional kid 4. Rescheduling If your child becomes unwell or weather interrupts travel, we’ll do our best to reschedule your party to a new date within 3 months, at no extra charge (one reschedule allowed per booking). 5. Studio Cancellations In the unlikely event that Art Academica must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, safety issue, or emergency), you may choose between a full refund or a reschedule at your convenience. 6. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals, as another event may follow yours. 7. Responsibility Parents are responsible for supervising children during cake and food time. Our teachers handle all creative activities and studio setup. 8. Agreement By confirming your booking, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that party materials, preparation time, and staff scheduling require advance commitment. We’re committed to making every celebration joyful and stress-free — even when plans change. If something unexpected comes up, just let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
