Art Academica - term class policy
FEES

All tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The full term tuition fee must be paid before the commencement of classes.

A pro-rata fee is available only for new students who enrol after Week 1 of the school term.

No refunds are given for missed classes for any reason.

Fees for missed classes cannot be deducted or credited toward the next term’s tuition.

Fees are paid for the entire term, not per individual class.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

Students are entitled to a maximum of two (2) make-up classes per school term.

Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance and are limited to existing class times only.

Make-up classes are subject to availability of slots and suitable class options.

Make-up classes are not transferable to another student or future term.

If a class falls on a public holiday, the class will be cancelled without an additional make-up session.

CLASS RULES

Students should be dropped off no earlier than 5 minutes before class and picked up within 15 minutes after the class finishes.

Demonstrations, slideshows, or brainstorming sessions will not be repeated for students arriving late.

Art Academica is not responsible for the safety of children outside of their class times.

ATTENDANCE & COMMUNICATION

Consistent attendance helps students progress and maintain confidence in their artistic development.

If a student is unable to attend, please notify Art Academica as early as possible via email or text.

Teachers may occasionally take photographs of student artworks or classroom activities for educational and promotional purposes. Parents who prefer to opt out should inform the administration in writing.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Please inform Art Academica of any medical conditions, allergies, or learning needs that might require special attention.

Only enrolled students and authorised persons may enter the classroom during class time.

In case of emergencies, first aid will be administered by a trained staff member and parents will be contacted immediately.

CLASSROOM ETIQUETTE

Students are encouraged to treat teachers, classmates, and materials with respect and care.

Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in a student being temporarily removed from class.

Teachers reserve the right to adjust lessons according to group dynamics and individual needs.
