You’ll be drawing your own manga-style camera — buttons, frame, screen and all — and inside that screen, you’ll sketch a smiling girl posing just for you. Fun fact: early manga artists loved drawing everyday objects like cameras to make their stories feel real, almost like a snapshot of life! FOR PARENTS In this workshop, students explore object drawing and character expression in a fun, accessible way. They’ll learn how to break complex shapes (like a camera) into simple forms, and then bring a character to life with emotions that read clearly on the page.
