We’ll explore how to use oil paints to create soft feathers, glowing eyes, and petals full of life. Did you know that owls can rotate their heads almost all the way around? This one sees everything—and loves a little colour too! For Parents: "Time to Thrive" is a poetic introduction to combining animal portraiture with florals in oil painting. Students will explore balance in composition, colour harmony, and the expressive power of brushwork. They'll learn how to bring life and softness into their animal subject, while incorporating detailed floral elements that challenge and inspire their growing technique.
