Around you — fluffy clouds drifting slowly. And birds flying beside you as the sun melts into the horizon. In this workshop, you’ll paint this dreamy moment on canvas using oil paints — blending soft sunset colours across the sky. Pink into purples. Blue fading into evening. Oil paint is perfect for smooth skies and gentle clouds. With slow brushstrokes and colour blending, the sky will begin to glow. Have you ever watched a sunset and wished it could last longer? This time… you can paint it. Swing higher. The sky is waiting ☁️✨ ⸻ 👨‍👩‍👧 FOR PARENTS Fly, Fly into Sky… is a calm, reflective oil painting workshop designed for 9–14 year olds who benefit from a slower, more meditative creative process. Students will focus on colour blending — gradually transitioning sunset tones across the sky while building depth and atmosphere. Oil paint naturally supports this process, encouraging patience and thoughtful brushwork. The composition is intentionally soft and open, allowing students to relax into the act of painting rather than concentrating on complex structure. At the end they will paint themselves on the swing. Scheduled just before Term 2 begins, this workshop offers a peaceful creative pause — a space where children can slow down, breathe and recharge before returning to school routines. A quiet canvas.
